Washington City Joins Account Management Network

The system enables self-serve eBill delivery, auto-pay & account management

The city of Prosser, Wash., has joined the doxo network to allow residents to manage their accounts and receive and pay their bills in one place. Customers can receive their bills and other account documents, organize account info, and make payments directly from their free doxo account—online or via the doxo mobile app.

Each time a resident connects to city of Prosser on doxo, their bills and account documents are automatically delivered directly to their free doxo digital file cabinet, accessed online or via the doxo iPhone and Android mobile app. With doxoPAY, customers can pay bills or set up auto-pay with user-specified limits.  Customers can organize all their accounts—for the city, and for other service providers like insurance, phone and cable, and banking—all in one place.  Documents can be printed or downloaded at any time, and easily backed up to the customer’s own hard drive or to Dropbox, Google Drive or Box. Additionally, users can link their Gmail, Yahoo Mail, Hotmail or other personal email to automatically import and archive account related emails.

“doxo gives states and county governments a simple way to dramatically lower operating expenses by going paperless without sacrificing the user experience,” said Roger Parks, co-founder and vice president, customer success at doxo. “With very little IT required, government agencies and other providers can be up and running on doxo in a matter of weeks. The positive response from both residents and organizations alike has been overwhelming.”
