Walter Trnka Joins Fresh Creek Technologies as National Sales Manager

Fresh Creek Chairman Dennis Moran announced that Walter “Wally” Trnka of Warrington, Pa., has joined Fresh Creek Technologies, Inc. as national sales manager. “This is an outstanding addition to our staff at Fresh Creek,” Moran said. “Wally brings to this position more than 30 years in the water and wastewater industry. He has excellent leadership, management, marketing and sales experience, which is what we need as we expand our position in our markets and with our customers.”

Trnka joined Fresh Creek from USFilter, where he was regional sales manager with responsibilities for representative offices in 16 states, Europe, the Middle East, India and South Africa. His duties included sales support, engineering, budgeting, forecasting and proposal generation. In his new post, he will oversee all marketing and sales activities for the national network of representatives in the U.S. and Canada. He will work in the New Jersey corporate offices with a virtual office in Warrington.

Prior to USFilter, Trnka’s extensive career included positions with, Waste-Tech, Inc., Drake Water Systems, Hycor/Waterlink Corp. and Culligan International Co. Trnka is a published author with articles in American Water Works Journal, Consulting/Specifying Engineer, Chemical Week and Pollution Engineering.

Trnka holds an MBA from Illinois Institute of Technology and a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Missouri, Rolla. He currently resides with his wife Sue in Warrington. He has four grown daughters. He is a military veteran who served at the Pentagon and has an Honorable discharge from the US Army.
