Waggoner Hires New Employees

Tyler Moore & Ira Turner, Jr. join the team

Waggoner Eng. added two new employees to its team.

Tyler Moore has joined the firm as an engineering technician. Previously, he worked with the Mississippi Development Authority neighborhood home program, where he was responsible for reviewing Mississippi Department of Environmental Quality and Federal Emergency Management Agency flood maps, and coordinating with city and county officials on flood and elevation zone requirements.

Ira Turner, Jr. joined Waggoner as a senior designer in the transportation department. Previously, he worked as roadway designer for the Mississippi Department of Transportation. Turner has served as lead designer and design team member for a variety of highway design projects. He brings with him 25 years of design experience utilizing CADD, Geopak and MicroStation.
