In a recent survey, wastewater treatment plant operators were asked which problems they experience with knife gate valves. The answers were lack of tight shutoff, packing leakage and operating difficulty over time. The Wey knife gate valve has a 40-plus-year history of solving these problems. The valve complies with AWWA C520-10.
