Morgan brings experience as project for water, wastewater and storm water projects

Thomas Morgan, P.E., BCEE, of Billerica, Mass., joined Kleinfelder/SEA Consultants.

Morgan brings more than 35 years of experience in water, wastewater and storm water projects, and is a strong project manager with well-established relationships with municipalities throughout New England.

Prior to Kleinfelder/SEA, Morgan was vice president of Camp Dresser & McKee Inc. in Cambridge, Mass., where he managed water distribution system, treatment facility and storm water projects. He also managed sewer system development and rehabilitation projects and wastewater treatment plant projects in various Massachusetts communities.

Morgan’s areas of expertise include wastewater/sewer systems, water distribution systems, unidirectional flushing programs, storm water conveyance, infiltration/inflow studies, pipe rehabilitation, sewer use regulations, hydraulics/pumping, aging infrastructure rehabilitation and sustainability.

Morgan earned his Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from the University of New Hampshire and his Master of Science degree in civil engineering from Northeastern University.
