Bruce Hafner joins the company with extensive experience in the filtration industry

Shelco Filters has hired Bruce Hafner as its new director of sales and marketing. Hafner, a 20-year veteran in the filtration industry, will support the company’s efforts to increase market share by securing new OEM business, developing greater distributor loyalty and introducing new products.

Hafner will leverage his executive sales and marketing management background in the filtration industry to help direct the company’s planned product expansion, which will create greater value to its customers.

“Shelco has a well-deserved reputation as a leading manufacturer of premier filter housings and cartridges, so it is exciting for me to be onboard at this time of expansion,” Hafner said. “We plan to transform Shelco into an even more dynamic company as we capitalize on the future growth of the filtration and separation industry.”

Hafner has extensive management experience—particularly in areas of business development and strategic planning—at major players in the filtration industry, including KX Technologies, LLC (Orange, Conn.), Graver Technologies, LLC (Glasgow, Del.), and Cuno, Inc. (Meriden, Conn.).
