Sauereisen, a third-generation manufacturer that provides worldwide product distribution of corrosion resistant materials, announced it will partner with Resinar Matereais Compostos, a Brazilian manufacturer of protective coatings, to provide corrosion-resistant materials to protect Brazil’s industrial infrastructure.
“The Latin American market has grown exponentially within the last 10 years,” said Eric Sauereisen, president. “We began our emphasis on this market eight years ago during Sauereisen’s 100-year celebration and are excited about the opportunity to support construction in the chemical, power, pulp & paper industries of Brazil.”
As part of the agreement, Sauereisen has shared its technology with Resinar to allow for production and distribution of Sauereisen’s FiberCrete line. This polymer lining contains fiber reinforcement, which allows for flexural strength, and the polymer resin provides chemical resistance. The FiberCrete line is used to protect concrete and steel infrastructure.
Established in 1899, Sauereisen is a third-generation manufacturer that provides worldwide product distribution of corrosion resistant materials. The company is dedicated to establishing expertise in the prevention of corrosion and the restoration of structures affected by it.
