Robert K. Jaedicke Resigns From California Water Service Group Board of Directors

Robert K. Jaedicke, 72, has resigned from the California Water Service Group's Board of Directors, effective January 30, 2002, after serving with distinction since 1974.

"I have enjoyed my relationship with California Water Service Group, and I will miss my colleagues," Jaedicke said.

"We appreciate the expertise Dr. Jaedicke has brought to our Board. He has been a valuable Director, and we will miss him," said Robert W. Foy, Chairman of the Board.

Jaedicke is Professor Emeritus of Accounting and former dean of the Stanford Graduate School of Business. He has authored numerous books and articles on business and accounting.
