Xylem Launches Interactive Dewatering Web Platform

May 5, 2015

Xylem Inc. launched a new online dewatering platform. The new website brings Xylem’s dewatering product brands—Flygt and Godwin—together on one comprehensive Web platform, delivering product content and tools to enable quick customer access to Xylem’s rental services and expertise.

Designed in close consultation with customers across the construction, mining, municipal and industrial segments, the new platform aims to improve customers’ online experience. The site offers new content including product, service, parts and application information. It also features advanced functionality including blogs, a robust site search and mobile compatibility. The site provides country-relevant content based on where the customer is located.

“We’ve listened closely to our customers and built our new website based on their needs and with their user experience firmly in mind,” said Colin Sabol, senior vice president and president of Xylem’s dewatering business. “For example, our new ‘Pump Finder’ tool allows customers to quickly narrow to the most appropriate products for specific applications. Customers can also find information on our floodwater drainage to slurry pumping capabilities, as well as the benefits of our rental solutions.”

Additionally, the new online dewatering hub features case studies, white papers, “how to” videos and manuals to provide customers with a wide array of engaging reference information relevant to their industry and application. A blog section hosted by Xylem subject matter experts contains educational articles on important regulations like Tier 4, as well as repair and maintenance best practice tips.
