Schreiber offers both open flight (OFSP) and tube-mounted (TMSP) screw pumps. The OFSP transports liquid in a concrete trough. It is a non-clog pump, typically installed at a 30- or 38-degree angle, and it has a variable capacity at a constant speed up to its maximum. The TMSP transports liquid inside a stationary tube, simplifying design and eliminating the need for grouting. Both types of screw pumps utilize a unique spherical roller, self-aligning capability and a combination radial/thrust lower bearing with a minimum L-10 life of 100,000 hrs.
