Pulsafeeder Introduces New Products

June 16, 2009

Pulsafeeder Inc. has announced the release of the new Polyfeeder emulsion polymer blending system. Specifically designed for the water/wastewater and pulp and paper markets, the Polyfeeder can handle the diverse mixing requirements of complex emulsion polymers. The polymer skid system features a patent-pending, anti-siphon, anti-clog polymer injection lance that separates the polymer from the water interface.

The company is also introducing the newest member of the Eclipse nonmetallic, magnetically driven gear pumps family—the Eclipse 125 Series pump. With more than 70 years of pump and pump technology expertise, this series of pumps was designed to be rugged, durable alternatives to high-cost, high-alloy gear pump used to pump highly corrosive, restricted, regulated and toxic chemicals.

The Eclipse 125, with its wider drive gear, idler gear and liner, allows increased flow without the danger of pump over-speeding. It is crafted out of engineered fluoropolymer, carbon graphite and graphite-impregnated silicon carbide bearings.
