PC Construction Announces Promotions, New Hire

Promotions include senior vice president and vice president; new hire will be a construction executive

PC Construction has announced promotions and an addition to its water and wastewater treatment team.

Dennis J. “Chip” LaBonte II, a resident of Fuquay-Varina, N.C., was promoted to senior vice president, continuing his leadership of the company’s water and wastewater operations, coupled with strategic planning responsibility. LaBonte joined PC Construction in 2003 as a project manager, rising through the ranks to vice president in 2015.

Brian Walker, a Fairfax, Vt. resident, was promoted to vice president and will lead the company’s strategic pursuit of new integrated delivery work. Walker will oversee all water treatment business development efforts and continue to lead the company’s extensive estimating, preconstruction and purchasing functions. Walker started at PC Construction in 2004 as a member of the company’s Leadership Development Program, and has completed dozens of projects up and down the eastern seacoast.

Dan Nawrocki has joined the company’s water and wastewater team as a construction executive, bringing more than 30 years’ experience managing the construction of new treatment plants as well as expansions and upgrades to existing facilities. A resident of Clayton, N.C., Nawrocki’s knowledge of the southeast region and demonstrated success leading complex infrastructure projects will provide additional leadership for the company’s operations group.
