Firm Expands Wastewater Capabilities

Axis Environmental Services, Inc., located in The Woodlands, has announced the addition of Robert P. "Pat" Green, P.E., to head its wastewater and storm water management services.

In making the announcement, Axis President Larry Peyton said that Green's 34 years of experience in oil refining and chemical production, with an emphasis on wastewater management, bring valuable expertise to the company.

Green holds a chemical engineering degree from the University of Kentucky and is a licensed professional engineer in the state of Texas. Prior to joining Axis staff, he held positions with Mobil Oil, Sigmor Corp. and Diamond Shamrock Refining and Marketing, where he was involved in engineering, production, project management, process design and environmental and regulatory assignments. He has also provided client services to oil and chemical facilities in Texas and Michigan while employed by AWARE Engineering, CDI Engineering Services, Baker Hughes Industrial Services and Azurix Industrial Operations.

Axis Environmental Services, headquartered in The Woodlands, is an environmental consulting, waste management and litigation support firm. It also is a licensed contractor for hazardous waste treatment and removal in the State of Louisiana. The company provides proactive environmental services that can help clients operate efficiently while preserving and protecting the environment. Industrial services include remedial oversight, fugitive air programs and solid waste and wastewater management. Consulting services include compliance audits, environmental assessments, waste management plans and RCRA permitting as well as litigation support.
