Parsons Brinckerhoff Adds Senior Supervising Engineer

Coleen Sisk has more than 16 years of project management and technical experience

Coleen Sisk has been named a senior supervising engineer in the Virginia Beach office of Parsons Brinckerhoff. In her new position, Sisk will manage storm water and utility projects throughout the Coastal Virginia region.

Sisk has more than 16 years of project management and technical experience, with an emphasis on municipal storm water and sanitary sewer rehabilitation projects. Prior to joining Parsons Brinckerhoff, she was systems manager at the Hampton Roads Sanitation District, where she oversaw interceptor and reliability operations, identified projects for the capital improvement program, and was responsible for delivering interceptor improvement and optimization projects. She previously worked in the private sector in a variety of design, project management, business development, and client management roles.

Sisk received a bachelor of science in civil engineering from Old Dominion University. She is a member of the Assn. of Energy Engineers, Water
