Nurun Unveils Fresh, New Interactive Program for Evian in the United States

Nov. 21, 2003

In response to Evian consumers' changing media consumption patterns, New York-based interactive agency, Nurun, Inc. executed a full-scale redesign along with an online promotion for bottled water provider Evian Natural Spring Water at www.Evian.com.

Evian enlisted Nurun to create a website that reflects the distinguished taste that personifies the Evian drinker. The site, developed in Macromedia Flash technology, establishes a fresh, new look for the iconic brand. It also provides the brand's loyal and occasional drinkers with Evian's essentials: its history, hydration tips, Evian happenings, store locator and restaurants that received Evian's seal of approval. Visitors to the site can taste the Evian experience by entering to win dinner on Evian at selected top restaurants throughout the United States.

"Evian's new interactive strategy delivers on all fronts of their marketing needs as it creates value for Evian drinkers, increases traffic and acquisition of qualified consumers and enables the company to positively network with the hospitality industry," said Laurence Lafforgue, EVP North America - New York at Nurun.

The promotion, which has been running since August, has received an enthusiastic response from Evian consumers, and monthly results have already outperformed quarterly objectives.
