Gold Coast, Australia office will serve as company's Asia-Pacific headquarters

MWH Soft has announced it has recently upgraded its Gold Coast, Australia, office to serve as its central Asia-Pacific headquarters. The decision demonstrates the company’s commitment to long-term development in the region’s water, wastewater and water-related infrastructure markets.

“MWH Soft is a powerful brand in the Asia-Pacific region, preferred by customers who demand reliable quality products that incorporate the latest technology innovations, premium simulation capabilities, price-performance value, and expert technical support,” said Justin Hanson, MWH Soft Asia-Pacific regional manager. “Our new Asia-Pacific headquarters will give us a localized base from which to effectively service the expanding needs of our customers in the region. Bringing together our sales, marketing, training and implementation services teams in a single location will create a more focused and responsive business environment, allowing us to further exceed customer expectations, attract even more of the best talent in the industry and support our rapidly increasing Asia-Pacific customer family.”

MWH Soft currently operates main offices in Singapore, Australia and New Zealand serving more than 100 progressive government utilities and consulting engineering firms. The Gold Coast headquarters, created in response to rapid regional expansion and growing demand for MWH Soft’s products and services, will enable MWH Soft to further strengthen its focus on the burgeoning Asia-Pacific market.

“The Gold Coast is an ideal location for leading technology companies’ Asia-Pacific headquarters,” said Bill Capati, manager infrastructure planning for Gold Coast Water, Australia and University of Queensland Adjunct Professor. “Having a regional MWH Soft headquarters here is a strong proof of Australia’s growing importance in the world of network modeling. Its presence will enable us to develop deeper partnerships that will influence infrastructure engineering for years to come, and make a positive difference in people’s lives.”

“The Asia-Pacific region is becoming an increasingly vital part of our business, and the upgrading of our Gold Coast office reflects MWH Soft’s ongoing commitment to maintaining a solid presence in the region and supporting its substantial growth opportunities,” said Paul F. Boulos, Ph.D., MWH Soft president and COO. “Our new Asia-Pacific headquarters also reinforces our commitment to delivering the best possible solutions to our customers worldwide. I am pleased that the tremendous success of all our product lines in this region has necessitated the establishment of this centralized base.”
