The Spin Doctor and Valve Star will accurately collect data and GPS location on a water valve inventory. Torque and revolution alarms will help protect valves from damage; it is made with chrome moly boom construction and is 300% stronger than steel. The boom takes the torque, not the operator. A gas spring assist makes it very lightweight.
