April 1, 2015
The equipment is scheduled for delivery in 2016

Ovivo Inc. has been awarded a significant contract in the municipal market in North America to supply a membrane bioreactor (MBR) system. The contract value is more than $10 million and is one of many sales of MBR technology booked by Ovivo in the last two years, totaling more than $90 million. The equipment is scheduled for delivery in 2016.

“This new contract further demonstrates Ovivo’s leadership position in the MBR space in North America, a market that has experienced steady growth over the last decade,” said Marc Barbeau, president and CEO of Ovivo. “Driven by increasingly strict legislation governing wastewater disposal, as well as the challenges faced by water-stressed regions, the MBR market has a strong growth potential and we are well positioned to capitalize on it.”

All amounts are in Canadian dollars.
