Lending a Hand to Refurbish Local School

Earth Tech is known as a leader in bringing clean water and safer environments to the world, but to the kids at the East Lake Elementary School, Earth Tech has brought much more—a clean playground and safe walkways.

This past weekend, employees from Earth Tech volunteered their time and resources as part of "Hands on Atlanta." The service project involved the cleaning up of the school, the campus and surroundings, as well as a refurbishment of the property. Specifically, employees painted areas of deterioration around the playground and picnic area; planted flowers and other greenery; and repaved the sidewalk surrounding the school.
