Jim Litchfield Joins ESA PWA as Environmental Hydrology Director

Litchfield will work out of Sacramento, Calif., office

ESA PWA, formerly Philip Williams & Associates, announced that Jim Litchfield joined its Sacramento, Calif., office as environmental hydrology director. ESA PWA is a leading environmental hydrology and habitat restoration firm that joined forces with Environmental Science Associates (ESA) in 2010.

“Jim brings expertise in hydrologic consulting, capital campaigns and design and construction. He will develop and foster client partnerships, while leading the growth of our services and capabilities throughout the Central Valley and Sierras,” said Ann Borgonovo, P.E., ESA PWA director.

Litchfield has more than 15 years of experience in hydrologic and hydraulic analyses, water rights, fluvial processes, water resources studies and project implementation throughout California and Nevada. According to ESA PWA, his technical and leadership skills align with the company’s practice of bringing creative solutions to river restoration and water resources projects by integrating ecology, engineering and geomorphology.
