Aeration System
The unique AGAR attached growth aeration system supplies process oxygen that circulates thousands of special carriers through a reactor, creating an enormous total surface area for biofilm growth. This biological treatment process is easily retrofitted into existing wastewater plants, doubling the tank capacities, and enables upgrading to a complete BNR system using integrated fixed-film activated sludge (IFAS) processes, such as with existing lagoon treatment. Flowmeter
The SITRANS FM MAGFLO 5100 W, with its patented composite elastomer lining, is suitable for all water applications, including ground water, drinking water, wastewater, sewage or sludge. SENSORPROM, the MAGFLO flowmeter’s memory unit, is unique for each flowmeter, and ensures correct setup and accurate flow measurement from the first power-up, without programming. A hard elastomer-lined bore provides stable ID throughout the temperature and pressure range to guarantee consistent accuracy, while a soft elastomer facing provides high abrasion resistance and eliminates the need for gaskets. The elastomer liner and high-grade stainless steel electrodes (both measuring and integrated grounding), make the 5100W highly resistant to a wide range of chemicals.
The SITRANS FM MAGFLO features increased low-flow accuracy for water leak detection, and is suitable for direct burial and constant flooding. It provides a user configurable operation menu with password protection, and includes comprehensive self-diagnostic capabilities for error indication and logging. Additional features and specifications include: No moving parts,
0.5% - o.25% accuracy depending on model specified, operating temperature range of 25° to 195° F and superior signal resolution for optimal turn down ratio. The flowmeter conforms to OIML R49 and ISO 4064.
