Sensus 2014 Utility Conference Attracts Over 650 People

Data analytics and smart water networks were the highest attended sessions at the conference

Sensus, had more than 650 utility distributors and partners to its annual utility conference which included 60 general sessions and six tracks of technical, hands-on training workshops. Sessions on data analytics and smart water networks topped the list of the most popular during the three-day event in Phoenix, Ariz. Other well attended sessions centered on topics such as lighting control, FlexNet communication network deployment and the customer portal, My Sensus Connection. 25% of the conference sessions included Sensus customers who shared their experiences with deploying various products and services including the FlexNet communication system, meters, distribution automation devices and data analytics software. Next year’s conference will be held in Orlando, Florida at the Renaissance Orlando at SeaWorld from October 25-28. Registration is currently open.
