Endress+Hauser Announces August Training Schools

Classes will combine classroom and hands-on training

Endress+Hauser announced its August 2013 schedule of instrumentation training courses. Classes typically are a combination of classroom and hands-on training on either the Endress+Hauser Process Training Unit (PTU), a full-scale, working process skid with on-line instrumentation and controls, or live instruments in training stands, both designed to simulate operating conditions.

Pressure & Temperature School
Monday, Aug. 5, 2013 - Wednesday, Aug. 7, 2013 in Mobile, Ala.
Thursday, Aug. 8, 2013 in La Porte, Texas
Thursday, Aug. 22, 2013 in Chalfont, Pa.
The Endress+Hauser P-101 Pressure & Temperature School provides maintenance and engineering personnel with a basic understanding of numerous pressure and temperature technologies that apply to virtually any manufacturer's equipment, as well as the skills needed to set up and maintain such equipment.

Time of Flight School
Wednesday, Aug. 7 in La Porte, Texas
Wednesday, Aug. 21, 2013 in Chalfont, Pennsylvania
The Endress+Hauser L-102 time of flight (ToF) course for level provides maintenance and engineering personnel with a basic understanding of numerous ToF technologies, including radar and ultrasonic level transmitters, that apply to virtually any manufacturer's equipment.

Basic Instrumentation School
Aug. 12, 2013 – Aug. 16, 2013 in Memphis, Tenn.
The Endress+Hauser I-101 introductory course to instrumentation provides maintenance and engineering personnel with a basic understanding of wiring, signals, instrumentation technologies, applications and installations that are applicable to virtually any manufacturer's equipment. Typical troubleshooting procedures for instrumentation will be covered and practiced.

Liquid Analytical Measurement School
Tuesday, Aug. 13, 2013 - Wednesday, Aug. 14, 2013 in Greenwood, Indiana
The Endress+Hauser A-102 Liquid Analytical Measurement School provides maintenance and engineering personnel with a basic understanding of numerous analytical technologies, including pH, conductivity and chlorine monitors that apply to virtually any manufacturer's equipment.

pH & Conductivity Measurement School
Tuesday, Aug. 13, 2013 in Greenwood, Ind.
The Endress+Hauser A-101 pH & Conductivity measurement school provides maintenance and engineering personnel with a basic understanding of pH and conductivity analytical technologies that apply to virtually any manufacturer's equipment. Following the introduction, it proceeds with in-depth training on pH and conductivity.

Level School – Introductory
Monday, Aug. 19, 2013 - Wednesday, Aug. 21, 2013 in Gonzales, La.
The Endress+Hauser L-101 introductory course for level provides maintenance and engineering personnel with a basic understanding of level technologies that apply to virtually any manufacturer's equipment. It includes in-depth training on Time of Flight technologies that include a variety of radar types as well as ultrasonic level transmitters.

Level School - Advanced
Wednesday, Aug. 21, 2013 - Friday, Aug. 23, 2013 in Gonzales, La.
The Endress+Hauser L-102 advanced course is for students having completed the basic level school. The Advanced Level School begins with a brief review of current level technologies. Following the technology refresher, the course looks deeper at each level measuring technology including proper techniques of configuration, calibration and troubleshooting.
