Poole & Kent will be responsible for all aspects of project construction
EMCOR Group Inc. announced that its subsidiary, Poole & Kent Co. of Florida, has been awarded a contract by the city of Sunrise for improvements to the existing Springtree Water Treatment Plant in Sunrise, Fla.
Poole & Kent (P&K) will be responsible for all aspects of the project construction. The scope of work includes construction of a new two-story operations building for the water treatment plant, as well as a new high service pump station, which will include large vertical turbine pumps and associated electrical, instrumentation and control systems. Additional work includes all required demolition, yard piping, paving, grading, entranceway modifications, irrigation, landscaping, drainage and overall integration of the new structures and equipment into the existing water treatment plant.
