Xylem Relocates North Carolina Branch

July 10, 2014
The branch moved to a larger facility, with all personnel remaining the same

Xylem announced the relocation of its Garner, N.C., branch. This Xylem branch features Godwin products and Flygt pumps for construction and mining.

After 14 years at 3733 Conquest Drive, the branch has moved five miles into a larger office and shop. The branch is now located at 300 Sigma Drive, Garner, NC 27529.

The branch phone number and all cell phones will remain the same.

This new location will feature a larger office and shop with more than 10,000 combined sq ft, which will better accommodate staff and customer needs. The location has a large yard for storage of additional inventory of pumps, HDPE pipe and accessories.

This facility will serve as a regional hub located midway between the company’s southernmost branches and its headquarters in New Jersey. It will provide a location to stage equipment in response to severe emergency weather events anywhere on the east coast.

"This new facility will allow us to continue to provide the high level of service local customers expect when they call Xylem. Our continued growth in Garner year after year needs a new space for this continued growth and effort. We look forward to even more efficient customer service that this new facility will allow," said branch manager Dave Donahue.

"Our goal is to continue to offer the highest level of service to all our customers in the Triangle area and surrounding eastern and central North Carolina counties," said Jarrod Williamson, regional manager. "We will host an open house at our new location later this summer, but for now, we are officially open for business and fully operational. Branch personnel will remain the same."
