Virginia Gov. Terry McAuliffe will address more than 500 public and private sector executives focused on increasing investment in strategic infrastructure projects at the 7th North American Infrastructure Leadership Forum in Washington, D.C. on Tuesday, Oct. 27, 2015.
"Infrastructure is the backbone of U.S. economic growth and the North American Infrastructure Leadership Forum focuses a crucial spotlight on our nation's most strategic infrastructure projects, those critical to growth, competitiveness, and opportunity creation," McAuliffe said. "I look forward to working with CG/LA and leaders from all over our country on the best way to build key projects at a time of unparalleled challenge."
The forum, hosted by CG/LA Infrastructure, brings project sponsors from the top 100 projects in North America together with industry experts dedicated to moving these projects forward.
“Infrastructure is becoming the defining challenge of our generation. Innovative leaders like Gov. McAuliffe are creatively improving their state's infrastructure—from highways to transit, and from energy to water/wastewater - and providing critical direction at a time of unprecedented opportunity,” said CG/LA president and CEO Norman Anderson. "We look forward to welcoming him to the Leadership Forum."
The 7th North American Infrastructure Leadership Forum will be held Oct. 26 to 28 at the Capital Hilton Hotel in Washington, D.C.
