This year, iWWD’s sister publication, W&WD, added a Top Industrial Projects component to our popular annual Top Projects award program, and we announced the 2016 winners during the Water Environment Federation Exhibition & Conference in New Orleans.

From May to July 2016, iWWD encouraged project leaders to submit entries showcasing industry-specific projects in design or construction during the past 18 months. From Afulilo Dam in Samoa to California Olive Ranch, to the Philippines, industrial innovations abounded this year, and we captured some of the best starting on page 5.

We hope you enjoy reading about these remarkable applications, and we encourage you to submit a Top Project nomination in 2017 for a chance to be recognized in iWWD’s Top Projects Issue and live event next year.

Best wishes for a happy holiday and prosperous New Year.

Members of the Honda (HPPG)/Caloris Eng. LLC Top Project team accept their award at the W&WD/iWWD Top Project Award Ceremony in New Orleans.
