Flo Trend’s new de-gritting system combines a gum-rubber-lined steel body hydrocyclone with one of the company’s patented Front Loader container filters. Underflow from the hydrocyclone with concentrated wet grit is discharged into the container filter. The grit is retained on the filters inside the container while water passes through and exits through discharge ports on the bottom of the unit.
