Steel Tank Institute/Steel Plate Fabricators Association
The Steel Tank Institute is a division of STI/SPFA, an association serving companies since 1916 in the business of fabricating steel tanks, piping and pressure vessels. STI/SPFA develops industry standards and specifications, produces safety manuals, performs quality assurance inspections, provides training courses, and serves as a liaison to regulatory authorities.
