Siemens Energy & Automation manufactures clamp-on, non-intrusive ultrasonic meters that are ideal for measuring the flow of gas, liquids, slurry and heat. These meters can be used for virtually any size pipe or tube. Typical applications include: fuel, wastewater, condensers, cooling, feed water, scrubber towers and Penstocks. They are used to measure flow for control, regulatory conformance and efficiency & performance optimization. Single, dual and four channel/path configurations are available. Multiple channel configurations reduce the cost per channel while multiple path operation insures high flow measurement accuracy on installations with difficult piping runs.
