Sage Metering manufactures thermal mass flow meters which are used to measure and monitor gas mass flow for industrial, environmental and municipal applications. The company is located in Monterey, California. Sage Metering introduced the first hybrid-digital thermal mass flow meter in lieu of the traditional Wheatstone bridge technology. This provided improved resolution and reproducibility. Sage also introduced a portable battery-operated data-logging thermal mass flow meter, and was the first thermal flow meter manufacturer to provide a unique and easy to invoke on-site calibration verification.
