Posi-flate

Posi-flate manufactures a full line of inflatable seated butterfly valves, actuators, limit switches and controls for dry solids, gasses and slurry applications. Posi-flate valves use air pressure to expand the seat against the disk providing even pressure distribution for a bubble-tight seal and minimal disc impingement. Valves are available in sizes from 2 to 30 inch in cast iron, stainless steel and aluminum construction and fit ANSI and metric flanges. For pressures up to 100 PSIG. Tork-Mate Actuators achieve up to 15 million cycles maintenance-free, at low cost. They are ideal for 90° and 180° turn devices such as butterfly valves, ball valves, plug valves and damper valves.
