Brackett Green USA, Inc. was formally incorporated in January, 1991 after operating in the United States for approximately 3 years under the Greenbank Engineering Group. Although Brackett Green USA, Inc. (BGI) is owned by a UK company, they are completely autonomous. BGI maintains their US headquarters in Houston, Texa
