    These submersible mixers are used in a wide range of applications. Both Flygt direct drive (compact) and banana blade mixers have proven effective at maintaining sludge and sludge-like materials (i.e., manure) homogeneous, even when thickened. This is critical for good control of subsequent process steps or when the sludge is to be spread on soil as fertilizer. Flygt submersible mixers are effective in even the largest of tanks.
