AdEdge President Named Chamber of Commerce Business Person of the Year

Rich Cavagnaro was honored by the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce in the experienced entrepreneur category

Rich Cavagnaro, president of AdEdge Water Technologies, was announced Metro Atlanta Chamber Business Person of the Year in the experienced entrepreneur category on June 6, 2013.

Each year, the Metro Atlanta Chamber and the Atlanta Business Chronicle honor outstanding business professionals from around metro Atlanta. The experienced entrepreneur category is designed for entrepreneurs who have owned their business for at least seven years and demonstrated exemplary business achievement, customer growth, community leadership, industry influence and entrepreneurial success in the past year.

 "This important award allowed many other business professionals to better understand Rich and his high level of integrity and strong work ethic," said Cliff Nelson, AdEdge’s director of manufacturing.

Cavagnaro has more than 25 years of international business experience in strategic marketing, business development, product development and commercialization of new products and services. Cavagnaro started AdEdge in 2001 as an arsenic removal company and has grown to treat contaminants such as iron, manganese, fluoride, uranium and many others for industrial, commercial and municipal clients throughout the world.
