Stainless Steel Conduit Systems Meet Sanitary Requirements

June 23, 2016
Products are suitable for the protection of electrical systems in wastewater applications

Stainless conduit and conduit systems from Calbrite, a division of Calpipe Industries Inc., is manufactured in type 304 and 316 stainless to meet stringent sanitary conditions. The company’s UL-listed stainless conduit is suitable when corrosive applications exceed the limitations of aluminum, rigid and PVC-coated conduit. Calbrite stainless steel rigid conduit is available in ½-in. to 6-in. diameters and includes one coupling with each length purchased.

Stainless steel’s corrosion resistance, strength, ductility, fabrication versatility and composition stability make it suitable for the protection of electrical systems in water and wastewater applications.
