Using Consumer Confidence Reports to Boost Sales

All U.S. community water systems (almost 60,000) are required to send a "report card" about their drinking water quality to every customer by October 19, 1999. The report, known as the Consumer Confidence Report (CCR), will explain details about the water source, treatment, quality, system violations or contaminants in the public water.
