You have seen the devastating flood pictures on the evening news. Heavy rains have stranded an unsuspecting motorist on top of his car or in a tree, while water rushes around him and rescue personnel attempt to get him to safety. The driver has misjudged the depth and force of the water covering the road and now is at risk of losing his life. If he is lucky, the rescue personnel will be successful.
