Jim Caruso: Jim Caruso is a product application specialist for the Hach Company with over 20 years experience in the water quality field. Prior to his current position, Jim managed production, technical support and quality assurance for the Sigma line of flow and sampling products at Hach. Prior to joining Hach Jim worked as a field technician for engineering consultants and a large municipality in the North East.

Patrick L. Stevens |
Patrick L. Stevens: Pat has 15 years of experience with ADS and more than 35 years of professional experience in environmental and public works engineering, including collection system operation. He has worked with numerous cities and engineering consultants to develop and deliver innovative flow monitoring programs for design, modeling, and rehabilitation of sanitary and combined sewers. Pat holds a B.S. in Aeronautical Engineering and an M.S. in Environmental Engineering from Purdue University.
In 1993, he began exploring the use in depth-velocity scattergraphs in diagnosing meter performance and in understanding the hydraulics of the sewer at the metering site. The result of this work has been a series of five Scattergraph Posters that are used worldwide as a guide for interpreting scattergraphs from flow meters. Pat also worked with Dan Tutton in the development of the Sliicer Program, which is an advanced engineering tool from ADS for RDII analysis.

Steven McManus |
Steven McManus: Steve is manager of Teledyne Isco’s Environmental Products Support department. He has more than 24 years of professional experience in environmental water monitoring, with special emphasis on flow monitoring and flow data analysis. Before his position in environmental product support, McManus held roles at Isco in service, leasing, and technical applications in support of flow meter and sampler products.
In his current role, McManus manages a team of experts who are responsible for flow-related application evaluation and consultation, product recommendation, results analysis and support, instrument troubleshooting and continuing education seminars.
